  1. This image has high contrast since there are bright whites and dark darks. There is a pattern between the actual old man and the man in the picture. This picture was taken with the maximum depth of field because there is nothing blurry.

  2. This image follows the Rule of Thirds, because the subject touches the focal points and is not in the dead center of the image. It is a grayscale image, and the image was taken at an eye level. There are also shapes and lines that lead the eye.

  3. In this image we can see that the main emphasis follows the rule of third because it is off-center. This image has maximum depth of field since it isn’t blurry in the background. It is a medium shot and it has a slight amount of contrast.

  4. In this image we can see that the main emphasis follows the rule of third the reason being it is off-center. This image has maximum depth of field because it is not blurry in the background. It is a medium shot also has a slight amount of contrast.

  5. The image is following the third rule, it’s slightly off center, it has a maximum depth of field and also it’s also a eye level shot as well.

  6. In this image we can see that the main emphasis follows the rule of third the reason being it is off-center. This image has maximum depth of field because it is not blurry in the background. It is a medium shot also has a slight amount of contrast.

    • Very well done – remember to speak about the grid (tic-tac-toe board) and the power points (intersecting points that touch the main subject/object in the frame).

    • Kevin, if you are not sure what to write, listen to our class discussion, then write your ideas based on the information reviewed in class. What you wrote is not acceptable.

  7. n this image we can see that the main emphasis follows the rule of third because it is off-center. This image has maximum depth of field since it isn’t blurry in the background. It is a medium shot and it has a slight amount of contrast.

    • Remember to check your spelling and grammar before posting! The background is not sharp. There is a great amount of contrast in the image. Please explain your answers for full credit. We did review this image in detail. Revise and repost.

  8. this image has a high contrast because theres very bright whites. This image also follows the rules of 3rds because the man hits several focal points on his torso and top of his head. It also contains a shallow depth of field

  9. The image has a high depth of field as the image doesn’t show any blurs, the image also shows the rule of thirds because it shows the focal points on areas around the man and a very high contrast.

  10. This image follows the rule of thirds. also mage has a high depth of field as the image doesn’t show any blur

  11. This picture has high amounts of contrast, becuase there are high levels of white and high levels of blacks, and high levels of meduim grays. The focal point to this image is the old man in the center. The image follows the rule of thirds becuase the man is off center as well as that if you create the power points some parts of his face meet with the intersections.
